How do I restore my purchases? Open the in-game store and tap Restore Purchases. Purchases restore to the same Apple ID (iOS) or Google account (Android) you bought them with.

I bought diamonds/a pack but didn't get it. Make sure you're online, then reopen the store and tap Restore Purchases. If it still doesn't appear, email us with your purchase receipt and we'll sort it out.

My progress disappeared / I got a new phone. Progress is cloud-saved to your store account and Game Center. Sign in with the same account on the new device and your progress should sync. If it doesn't, contact us.

How do I turn off personalized ads? On iOS, deny tracking when the App asks (or Settings -> Privacy & Security -> Tracking). On Android, reset/limit your advertising ID in system settings. You'll still see ads, just not personalized ones.

How do I delete my data? Email us your Game Center handle or in-game display name and we'll delete the data tied to your player ID within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for details.
